EasyRoam is a proven and automated handset application which enables you to offer your customers
a vastly improved roaming experience. As your customers roam internationally, EasyRoam reconfigures
their phonebook with the relevant international prefix in a matter of seconds so that they can make
international calls directly from their address book. Of course, EasyRoam reconverts their phonebook
back when they return to their home country.
EasyRoam is ideally suited to carriers who are implementing WorldMode™ devices and will allow you
to secure even greater value from your WorldMode™ implementation.
EasyRoam is available in BREW, JAVA, Windows Mobile Edition and PalmOS versions and runs on all major OEM handset brands
including Motorola, Samsung, Kyocera, Audiovox, LG, and Nokia.
Synapse can work with you and your handset OEM to ensure that EasyRoam is pre-provisioned on your top end handsets.
Alternatively, EasyRoam can be downloaded by your customers using your standard OTA download technology.
